My wife is getting calls with a similar outcome. According to the website, that I've included at the bottom, there was contact in 2013, and they were travel based telemarketers. My guess, based on a decade of call center experience, is either that a representative is just calling random numbers to boost their daily call stats, that are required to keep their job.....or, it's a company that sells verified phone numbers (they call random numbers and if it's not disconnected it goes on a list).
