No message. No name on Caller ID. From comments above, may be another number of, or another agency connected to, Talbot, Adams, & Moore. XREF 210-547-1196 & 866-889-8480. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to do this. It has really helped me.
It started out with getting calls from this Talbot Adam almost twice, sometimes 3 during the day with no messages. Then the calls shifted to evenings and weekends time. I answered several calls and informed the callers that the person they're looking for is not at this number, yet I still getting calls.
I've finally asked the nature of their calls and business, their responds were "why?", "why do you want to know? I'm looking for .... is he there?". And if my answer was "he's not at this number" then the phone went silence. No thanks, no 'I'm sorry to trouble you'!!
Several times I insisted to know the reasons of their calls before answered their questions, I've even asked for their names so I can relate to if I get another call, and ended up got her 1st name, then I'd inform her that that person is not at this number, and please remove my number from your list. Her answer would be "OK". You'd think this is the last call I'd receive? Dead wrong, to date, my phone still ring and I still have to get those nasty, unprofesional callers. I didnot know that this is the collection agency until today.
My only message to any business that hire this agency is to 'sit tight, because if I'm the one that they're after, I would not cooperate with these uneducated collectors.
Any idea how to stop this?
