Pre-recorded message about the Ticket to Work Program. Said to call their toll free number 866-701-1700. I called that number and couldn't get in touch with anyone to get them to remove my number from their calling list. I called the (210) 858-5009 number back and the phone rang and rang.
Caller did not leave message; hung up before answering machine finished playing recording. Will receive these calls, all from same area code with same caller ID over a period of 1 to 2 days; then they will stop and resume with same caller ID several months later. Never picked up.
