This number is a Texas number. It will show up on your caller ID as Citation Department (HOW CLEVER) They are NOT a citation department but a bottom feeding debt collector who are rude and disrespectful. After being told 4 times the person they were looking for was not associated with the number they were calling I've filed a police report.
