Who called from 2108880342

Got 2 phone calls (within 20 minutes of each other) on my home phone with 1 voicemail message and 1 missed call on my cell phone with a message (in between the 2 calls at my home #).   The message stated that it was Investigator Michelle Patterson and that a complaint would be filed against me on November 13th in Montgomery County and that either me or my attorney should contact them immediately.   Of course, I didn't.   No name of a company mentioned in the messages.  The name that came up on my caller ID at home was "citation dept"

Got call twice from this number. Didn't say who it was but citation dept. asking for someone I don't know but used my daughter as a contact number. Daughter doesn't live here. When ask what they wanted they hung up.

My brother got a message from this phone number on Feb 1,2015 stating that there trying to get in touch with ******** ******* which is my name but calling my brothers cell phone my numbers just as easy to look up so first clue that this is a BS call so she said she's trying to contact me about a small claim civil case and her names Sandra Basktin. Z have no clue who or what she wants. My suggestion is it's a scam so whatever anyone don't give credit card number or info out cause I believe they'll just steal from you and there's no claim beyond the one at which you would just be creating for yourself. YOU WILL RECEIVE THREATENING CALL STATING "YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL" OR THERE IS A WARRANT FOR YOUR ARREST" THESE ARE ALL FALSE AND MISLEADING TACTICS THAT IS NOT APPOROVED BY THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICE ACT. THIS OUTFIT USES DIFFERENT AREA CODES TO ALLOW YOU TO BELIEVE THEY ARE IN TEXAS WHEN IN FACT THEY ARE LOCATED IN ATLANTA GA. PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS OUTFIT AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION.
