This is a scam. They say they are from Microsoft and that your computer is being used for illegal purposes. They try to get you to change your security settings so they are allowed remote access to your computer. Once they do they can steal passwords and bank information. Microsoft does not call on the telephone.

They keep calling. Three times today! Will not put me on do not call list. Always speak in very broken English and want access to my computer. Saying my computer is infected with a virus that will cause it to crash.
