Called my cell on 12/14 at 2:37 EST, and again just now. Independent research indicates telemarketer and/or phone scam. Apparently it's still 1998 somewhere...blocked.
I got an unsolicited telemarketing call a few moments ago to my cell phone about a "vacation" promotion form this number it was a recorded message that was acting like it was live. I hung up and called the number back.....it gave the option to have my number removed from their database. This call violates all TCPA requirements!!!
