I've been getting calls from 210-892-2147 for the past two days. I've never answered the calls due to I don't know the number. Today they've called twice waking me up so I go on the computer and googled the number and read all the comments here. Wish I could report it where it would do some good.
These people called my phone literally every 10 minutes starting at about 7:30am, never left messages, I finally answered it and some guy clearly in India or something proceeds to try to match me to online schools, he asked me at least 15 times what my major was and what level of education I had, I told him my major was special education, and for every school he listed every single program they offered, sounding much like Bubba going through the list of different types of shrimp in Forest Gump, then every once in awhile would say he was forwarding my information to these schools, I promptly told him not to, and he would go on to another school and ask the exact same questions, you could tell he really didn't speak english, he was going off a script and when he didn't understand what I was saying would just start on the script again. I hung up, only to have the calls begin again. I finally answered it again and pretty much went off on the guy on the other line and told them in no uncertain terms I did not want them calling me anymore. Its been about 24hrs now with no calls..here's hoping they got a clue!
i called it back and no one said anything at all waited about 30 sec . it sounded like they were playing in some paper and all of a sudden some foreign woman said bye bye... what the heck...
