This number (supposedly from San Antonio) has called previously. It's the same old routine: unfamiliar number located in a city we don't serve. We let voice mail answer the call. No message is ever left. Today we received the same type of call from a different number also claiming to be from San Antonio: 210-519-0087. Could be the same pests operating from multiple numbers.
