Got a call from 210-893-2356, they did not leave a voice-mail and if you call the number back it rings busy (the fast busy that makes you believe its a forwarded not call receiving number from a collection agency).

Received a call at my work number after hours twice this week.  No messages left.  Not about to call them back.

Answered a call from this number.  A lady came on and said the new 2014 laws would significantly impact my Auto Insurance rates.  I tried to tell her that I do not pay auto insurance (due to driving a company-owned vehicle)  She wouldn't listen and said "she was calling to say that the 2014 laws would significantly impact my Auto Insurance rates"

I hate hangups. This was to my UNLISTED mobile, so they have to be robo-calling.
