I received numerous phones calls from this phone number from a guy and really sounds sick.

This person has also been taking an advantage of the elderly and also persons with disabilities and their SSDI checks as well. This person needs to be caught and put away.

Just wanted to let you know Ray has a new phone number 210-529-2285.  All of a sudden he has a "new" white van and has written - handyman and this phone number listed on the back of the van.  He is still receiving his mail at the Goshen Pass address, but we found a note in the mail box for the mailman saying  to deliver mail until June 1.  Don't know where is going nor do I care.  I wanted to update info on this man, just in case he re-connects with you or anyone else.  Be careful with dealing with this man.
