Called my cell phone. I was driving, so answered without checking the number. Just another scam. Recording (sounds live) asks "Can you hear me?" pauses a second, then launches into the "You have won a fabulous vacation ..." I cut him off at that point - yelled at him for calling my cell. That's when I was sure it was a recording. He never paused in his speech when I spoke. The recording was still playing as I hung up.
