Cell phone rang and when I answered they hung up.

This is the phone number for Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union out of San Antonio, Tx.

It is RBFCU, I think all their calls show the same San Antonio number, even if they are calling from Austin branches.

Same as Nancy. When they called, I answered, they hung up.

Got a call from this number on my CELL PHONE!  I owe nothing to anyone, so there is no way I should be getting calls from any collection company, or any credit union, as the posts already on this site for this number indicate might be who is calling.  I don't answer calls like this on my phone, and have saved the number under the name scam3
