Got a message from this number Oct.17 at 5:49 pm .  They ask to speak to my husband.  They repeated his name again and then said " What the hell kind of name is Enoch Smith like the lockness monster or something" and then laughed and hung up.  He sounded drunk and couldn't speak very good English.
