I received a voice mail two days in a row with the same "Roland Maxwell" "pretrial intervention" message from above. I have no outstanding debts and am behind on no payments. The voicemail does not references me or any other identifiable information, so I believe it to me a cold call not tied to any of my actual information.
Just got the same call as everyone else. They said I owe $1700.00. Had the name of my credit union and everything. But couldn't give me any type of information when I requested it. Told me that I had a warrant out for the roundup. What the h--l? Something has to be done.
I just spoke with these people again! They are relentless! I advised them that I'm aware of the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION and they said hey are not in violation of anything! RIDICULOUS!!! I needs to stop
