"Health Enrollment Advisors" are apparently reviving an old number. A robocall hangs up after calling you, a return call will get you a telemarketing drone that asks if you currently have health insurance. She first told me the FDNCR didn't exist, then said that the FCC had "probably pulled your number off it".Completely logic immune, and will quickly hang up the call if you ask questions.
Calling back got me "supervisor" Charles. They have no clue about the FDNCR or how the process works. It sounds like employees are told to say leads are gained by people looking for health insurance enrollment online, which I know to be a lie.
