Who called from 2109811086

Got a call from this number and then 210-600-5948. Robocalling to test which lines are active so they can try to scam you later. Looks local but don't fall for it like the previous post suggests.

Called my cell phone, did not leave message. Blocked.

Fell for it cause it's a local number. Dead silence when I answered, then hung up.

210-981-1086. Four ringy-dingys qualify as a nuisance.

I continue to get calls from this number asking for Cynthia.  I've told them several times I was not Cynthia and do not call but they continue to call.
