Looks like it is the State Troopers group soliciting for funding.
Has no caller ID and does not leave a message.
Recorded previous encounter with that number.
I've just blocked them because of the nuisance factor when I am busy.
Answered, recorded message said "Please hold while we try to connect you." Then lady came on "This is Melissa and I am fundraising for the Texas State Troopers Association." I hung up.
