I got a text from 210-995-1995 with a downloadable attachment and only said "Account Has Been Locked".  I Googled the phone number and got a hit on xxd.org along with a bunch of fake info. Now many may not know this but xxd.org is also a fraudulent site that pretends to give valid info based on a persons phone number and seems to be also tied to spammers.  So needless to say, I did NOT download the attachment and I would suggest you do the same.
