Just got a call from this #. Said someone in my house called to get lower electric bill. When I told him he must have the wrong # he kept asking me to repeat .. He finally hung up .. Young voice.
Yes. At first he asked about lowering the electric bill then kept asking me to repeat what i had said. I hung up the 2nd time. Funny thing someone did come to the house about our electric inthought at first it was them
