Not a native English speaker.  Nearly unintelligible. Something about computer, windows, and malicious but not malware infection.  Wanted to walk me through a process to correct the problem.  Turned me over to supervisor when I couldn't understand him.  Could not decipher the company name.  Said they weren't selling anything, just helping me.  My suspicion is that they would direct me to "fix" my computer so they could hack it or introduce a virus, or worse.
