Call from Credit Services to promise me a lower interest rate.  Am I not on the DNC list?

212-000-5954 I don't answer for numbers that have no name.  This call came in on 7/24/09 at 11:14am. It gave the above number along with "unavailable"

answered the call from this number and noone was on the other end.  when I called it back twice, there wasn't even a ring or busy signal.  Nothing but dead air.

Received a call from l-212-000-5954. I noticed it was a strange number so I did not answer it. Went to white pages with this number and found nothing. Beware of a scam.
