I thought no one is allowed to call after 9 PM? Caller ID, "New York"

Caller ID "New York" - yet another phony number used by an Israeli telemarketing company pretending to represent a charity.

Really??? They are pretending??? interesting. how did you find that out?? I know I get a lot of calls from Charities but I never thought they could be faking it. If they are not the charites they claim to be then who are they??? Is there any way to find out who they really are??
