Dan Brown from Olympia, he asked for the owner by first name only. We are a large company so I asked for a last name and got a very rude, "Uh, the owner of the company!" He was sent to an extension with no voicemail. Don't be rude to the receptionist!!
This number calls and asks for the owner of our company and then the VP when the owner was unavaiable. The caller will provide no information and has made up a different name when calling (I recognize the voice).
I recieved a telephone call at 9:20 AM on 06/16/2011, from (212) 111-1619. The caller knew my name, *my middle name which I go by, not my proper listed name. When I confirmed it was me, he hung up. When I returned the call the answer was "your call cannot be completed as dialed"
I'm writing the telephone company to find out how someone gets a telephone number that cannot be return dialed, and for what reason that is allowed.
We get a call from this # about once a week. the male caller asks for the owner of the company and when i tell him he is not avialble and ask what the call is about, he hangs up. Same guy keeps calling. I recognize his voice and the number when it comes up on the caller ID. When I try to call the # back, I get automated message saying "call can't be completed as dialed"
