This is a scam! The caller says that I received a US Grant and get $9,700 in CASH. I just have to go to Western Union and pay a small $250 transaction fee. I told her that I was on the do not call registry but she did not know what I was talking about. Then I asked how she got my phone number and she wouldn't tell me. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! No way the US Government is going to call you - from an international number - to give you cash for a grant that you did not even know about.
