BTW, you're not alone. Many of us in Pittsburgh are getting harrassed by someone(s) offering to help switch electric providers to "Duquesne" customers. It's Duquesne LIGHT. Plus they've called West Penn Power customers, too, to talk about their "Duquesne" accounts. And the calling "number" changes daily. I've gotten 20 different ones so far. I don't bother to answer, and if no message is left, I know it's a scam.
If the phone exchange starts with "0" or "1", it's a faked number. It must start with "2" or higher.
