After I blocked the "spoofed" number 212-188-9329, this new "spoofed" number called. I assume that it is the same people behind this harassment. Just as I assume that the government will do nothing about this (just as it has done nothing about all the other harassing numbers shown on this site).
Calls almost daily. Please help, The FCC must do something about these calls. If it doesn't stop, I will disconnect my phone, a cell phone is good enough for me
If you receive multiple calls from this number, just block the number...
They've just called me... Had me wondering what 212 exchange starts with 189??? Knew it was a robo call... Therefore, didn't answer it, and a minute after the ring stop I just blocked the number, so they won't call again...
Receiving call from 212-189-5635 at least twice a day and they do not leave a message. But today I picked up the phone and said they were Con Edison (calling about a refund on my biil).I waited a minute to see if anyone (live) would pick up the phone, no one did.
Under pain of death I would NEVER dignify one of these half wits by answering them, do you know you keep them doing this by playing into their hands, they try to ware you down. If your home just look at the caller ID as it rings on adinfinitum and give it the finger, why do you think God gave you a middle finger, matter of fact he was generous enough to give us each two. And NEVER call the # back you designate your line as live. I just goggle it and it brings me here, when I find out who it is I do either of the following....Listen up as either one will get rid of them once and for all and you can have such fun screwing them...here you go
1) When you get an unwanted call, turn on your fax, you have time to pick up wanted calls, if your out, check your caller ID when you get back and return the wanted calls. You will then be listed as a Fax Line
2). Don't have a fax, use your call forwarding to forward their calls to the FCC here's the # 717 338 2533. This one is a lot of fun, but make sure to watch for wanted calls and pick them up. And maybe the FCC will get sick of it and do something...Live in peace and have fun .
