Caller claimed to be from Columbia Gas and wanted to know if I had received the information that had been mailed to me recently about helping me to lower my budget payments. (I'm not even on a budget payment plan) He said that we could go over the information today if I had my previous bill. When I explained that I would need to received the information by mail so that I could review the information he said that he would need to call me back. According to my caller id, the call came from Windstream.
