Yep... for me it has been 3 times just today alone.  It's an old area code for New York, so it is either a spoofed number, or a landline bot.  I will not answer to find out.

Yep called me today and I hear a bunch of tella-marketers talking in the back ground!!
I guess they don't know how unprofessional it sounds .

I have received 3 times and every time it is dead on the other end and then it makes a robotic noise and disconnects. You cannot use 411.com to reverse the number because IT IS INVALID.

Dead air. Hung up and blocked.
