Wanted to know who owns this number.

Called and activated voicemail but left no message. Called it back on a block and recording says number is disconnected

Calls once every few days... Called back this number blocking my caller ID, and it rings once then transfers to a disconnected message. Not sure if it's really disconnected but definitely a bad/unwanted caller.
