Dont know who it is for what reason they are checking up on people, but they
really should stop. With myself its been going on for approx. 3 years.
I kept telling him to remove me from his call list, he kept trying ignore that and tell me his pitch, I called him names, he kept giving me his sales pitch to no end.

Scam artists from India. Guy claimed he's from Con Edison, offering me $20 discount on my monthly Con Edison bill. I asked him how much my monthly bill because I knew he was a scam artist. He said "I don't have that information ma'am, I'm just letting you know that you are eligible for a $20 discount and a $300 gift card if you switch to another provider".
