This number called me twice per day for over two weeks. I picked up and asked to be removed three times and called back twice and pressed 1, as prompted, to be removed from this call list. Today's caller refused to remove me and just said he'd call back, which is when I asked to speak to his supervisor. The supervisor was extremely rude and kept trying to sell lower car insurance rates to me. I explained to these men many times that I am all set with car insurance. I was promptly hung up on when I said if he could not ensure I was placed on the do not call list, that I would like to speak to his superios.
if they called on your smart phone, you can block the number by looking into call history and clicking an icon to the right of the number. That should open a menu - move down the menu until you see block this number. Then click it. I've even turned off the ring function of our regular phone.
Check with your telephone service provider because it may not be the same for all of them. Mine is as simple as dialing *60 then follow the easy step by step recorded instructions. Some phone service providers may charge for call blocking. Mine does not.
