This number reflected on my telephone ID as "NY City Human Resources."  212-266-1252.  The person said his name was "Sean" or "Shawn"  and told me that he had money for me.   I know that's a lie, but he recited my address.  And he was told to send me money that he claimed he had for me.   I don't believe him at all.   This man should be arrested because I checked all numbers of the NY City Human Resources.  None of their numbers match this 212-266-1252.
