We have had the 212 area code blocked for many years - no calls from NY City can get through - we are a business operating in S CA and we have no need for calls from NYC. Our phones do not ring when they call.

They call EVERY DAY , 20 TIMES A DAY! Same guy, and when I say my boss isn't here, he asks if there is better time. I say no, he's in an out can I take a message? Then I get hung up on.... So annoying!!

This WAS a cold call. The person asked for a specific someone by name. We asked to take a message, but they said they would call back.
Now we know to just hang up the phone and not even have to deal with them.
