Who called from 2122997874

This gentleman called a Physician's office twice, both times using different ploys to speak to the Physician.  He used the name "Derek Chung" and stated that he was a friend and then "stock broker".  This name was not familiar to the Physician.

by the way this number is not Derek Cheung's. Derek Cheung will be dealt with accordingly.
