I got a voicemail from a "Brian Smith" from this number, claiming to be from JPMorgan "at 3rd Ave at 51st Street."  He said that I was recently mailed information on changes to my debit card, and that I needed to "make a decision one way or another or the bank is gonna be makin' one for ya."  He said he could walk me though the changes over the phone, "quick and easy, one time thing," and to call him back on his direct line, (212) 319-0176.
The only thing is I have never had any kind of account with JPMorgan.  He sounded pretty unpolished and creepy on the voicemail too - definitely a scam, so watch out for this one.
