I recieved a call from Liz Bostic claiming to be looking for a vehicle in my possession. I tried to ask questions regarding the exact nature of the call and the specific information she needed. She claimed that my questions were "hostile". I have no idea how she got my phone number and first name. When I told her that she had my name wrong and the other person that she was looking for was not related to me, she said she was going to mail me some paperwork since I don't comprehend. Hahaha... I understood everything she was saying. But she clearly didn't understand that I wasn't the person that she was looking for. She hung up on me without even allowing me to finish my sentence. Good luck with your mailing.... I don't live in the states that you have "addresses" for and I'm not the person you are looking for.

I recommend this person find another job. She obviously has a hearing deficit. Also, zero communication skills.
They are scum bags. You should deal with your Auto Finance Company directly if you have payment issues with them. These fools don't even have up to date or accurate information when they call you. They use several different numbers and area codes to call from, which is very shady. They also never give you the company name they work for or what type of "Investigator" they are. Don't be bullied by their demanding messages to return calls either. Hang up or delete!
