Got a call from this number a few days ago. They claimed to be doing a "survey to improve the quality of life in Dane County" (WI), where I live. I noted the NYC phone number and expressed skepticism, but began the survey. The first question was: give the exact birthdates of everybody living at your address. I immediately told them off and hung up. Hope they don't call again...
