Who called from 2123430000

Got a phone call from this number. Picked the phone and it disconnected.

Beware they are one of the worst, worst scammers

they call this number everyday

Received a call from this number and answered it. There was a pause, next I heard a woman clear her throat, then a woman said, "Sorry I dialed the wrong number."

Problem is, the whole thing sounded like a recording and not a real person.

Got a "missed" call from this number- went to return the call and the recording said it's a  "non-workin number"  

Very strange.
