I got call from this number +212345.Do you know where this number is from and who is it

I recieved a call from 212345 three times on my cell phone.  Twice i answered it and noone replied.  When I looked back on my call history it showed that after i answered the incomng calls my cell showed that I made an outgoing call back to them right after for 18 minutes..10 minutes and I never made a call back to them.
