Someone claiming to be an "environmental outreach organization" offering employment. They were unwilling to give details. Very shady.

This number called me twice today and has been doing so on and off for the past few weeks. I get a voicemail every time.  Unfortunately, my voicemail doesn't work right now but I'm glad I found this site, now I know what it is.
