However - you are STILL RESPONSIBLE for
1. KEEP A LOG OF CALLS
Getting the name of the person who called and you gave those instructions to - include the date and time - EVERYTIME THEY CALL!
2. When they do not remove your number - you use the information in your log to file your complaint with the DNC website - to show that you spoke to x number of people and told them X number of times to put you on their do not call list.
Also check your state laws about recording calls. Recording these calls is more proof that helps you end it.

It was a Charity Solicitation Call. I wish there was a Do Not Call registry for Charities, Political Organizations, and Telephone Surveyors. I hate having to do this, but I now write Do Not Call on the form when contributing to a Charity.

I've received multiple calls on my cell phone from this number. If it is All Stars, they are using a different call-out number from their main office number. I also instruct charities not to call but they often ignore the request.
