Caller said his name was Ed LaMarca from an accounting firm in New York City, midtown around 35th St, but did not give name of firm. Was trying to sell CPA, accounting and tax services. Wanted to schedule an appt to come by. I said no, also no to giving him my email. He initially said he had spoken to me in the past, and was following up (he is a liar). I asked him how he got my name, company name and number, he said through an associate of his in the industry, who suggested he call me. Sounds unlikely to me. He kept asking for more info, like my website. I hung up on him. His extension at above number appeared on my caller ID: ext 2123.
