Some fool called from this number at 5:30 am and woke the entire household. I answered it and a man said hello I said: "Who the F... are you. Don't you know what time it is?". He promptly hung-up. There should be a law against this but then again lately this country doesn't seem to have or respect any laws starting from the top.
