Received a call from this # claiming to be Windows Technical Support Team....problem was my caller ID pegged this # as "Gay Mens Health". When I commented to the caller that this did not match, he immediately hung up.
Number called me at 12:29pm and it was a man who claimed to be from Microsoft. I responded that he had the wrong phone number since I did not contact them. He replied no that he was calling the correct ph# (he repeated my number correctly). He proceeded to say that my computer had sent information to Microsoft and that he would walk me through what I needed to do if i was by my computer. I responded that I was not near my computer and to send me an email (i didn't give my email address). He said he had my email address on file. I checked all of my emails at 8pm and there was nothing. It sounds like a scam because it's my father's PC thus his ph# and email would be on file not mine.
