After asking in a business group on Facebook, this appears to be a Yelp! representative. I do not answer their calls or return them, because I am not interested in advertising with them. They are getting sneaky--calling from hidden numbers and giving me call-back numbers that are hard to research.
Called from a hidden number and left a really vague message to my business phone. "I have a couple questions about [business name]. Please call me back; my number is 2123769267."

They called asking for the owner. the owner was no in the office that day, so i took her name (Kate) and she gave me this number but did not want to leave any additional information. Just that the owner knows what is it regarding. As I thought the owner had no idea who that was.
