Who called from 2123819615

I answered the call and there was no one on the other end.

I just got a call from an Indian sounding person using this number who said they worked for T-Mobile and they were selling telecom plans.

I answered the call on my husband's cell phone he using for business and there was no one there. he only gives the number to his business customers.

Received a call on my cell phone but there was no one there.

claimed to be from SunCom wireless.  Reported to FTC via http://www.donotcall.gov
