I got a call from this number, actually on my missed calls list it also had a zero after the number as well.  It was similar to other calls I have gotten, they are always very similar as if someone is reading from a script.  I know it has to be a scam, because the other numbers were.  Anyway, a man with a very thick accent (either hispanic or Indian) named Ray Parker called and said he needed to hear from me or my attained attorney of record right away, gave me some "account numbers"  to use when calling him back, and then told me he had other personal information about me.  He said that if I did not return the call, all he could do was wish me good luck as the events unfold around me.    Then said good bye and good luck.
I have gotten several of these types of phone calls from different numbers, always a man with a thick foreign accent but an americanized name: William Smith, Alex Connor, Ray Parker just to name a few.  They always say pretty much the same thing.  I did fall for the scam the first time I got one of those calls, it was a very vulnerable time in my life, and I lost about $1,000.  Don't let this happen to you.
