This is from broadview networks and a shady sales rep. called saying that they were making service call the following week in our building and needed to speak to our head of IT in order to give him/her information. I asked if this was a soliciatation gentleman lied and said no. Guy was pushy, rude and deceitful.... I checked with managment they were not scheduled for this.... this co. should be ashamed of their questionable business practices....
