I have received several calls from this guy while I'm at work. He calls to ask for an executive that worked for us years ago. I try to kindly tell him that the person he is looking for is no longer here. He'll make a snide remark and then hang up.
Yes this guy is a real bozo. He is a stockbroker in a boiler room. If you want i can get you his home telephone number so you can call him during dinner hour (or at midnight!) and sell him some new insult lines to use on his phone calls.
Yeah right! Randy - do you have a last name? He said "Yes" now put Dennis on the phone! What a jerk. He must have the crappiest job in the world. The best thing you can do is waste their time. Tell him (whoever he is looking for) is just wrapping up another phonecall and come back every minute or so telling him it will be just a few more seconds. And finally just tell him that (whoever he is looking for) doesn't want to talk to him because he is a smug a-hole.
